2. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site or place orders. Additional policies that form part of these Terms include our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders placed on the Site are offers to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Order deadline: Orders received after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed; a second email will confirm shipment. If we cancel your order after payment, we will notify you and provide a refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice until your order is accepted.

Taxes (sales tax or other applicable taxes) will be calculated and added at checkout when required by law.

Accepted Payment Method: PayPal only. At checkout you will be securely redirected to PayPal to complete payment. We do not store your full payment card details. See our Payment Policy for details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic shipping within the United States only. Shipping carriers used include USPS and UPS. We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery after shipment is typically 3–4 business days. For full details see our Shipping Policy.

Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link (USPS or UPS) so you can monitor delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, peak season). If a delivery issue occurs, contact us at service@blankenshi.com.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 30 days after delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are not accepted — to replace a product please return it and place a new order. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

Note: Our business address is for official correspondence only and is not a return mailing address. Return instructions will be provided by our support team after you initiate a return.

7. Product Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, inadvertent errors may occur. If a product is misrepresented or materially different from its description, contact us and we will address the issue promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, product names) is owned or licensed by BLANKENSHIP SOLUTIONS LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLANKENSHIP SOLUTIONS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) that gave rise to the claim. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky for any dispute arising under these Terms.

If you reside in a jurisdiction that requires different consumer protections, those mandatory rights will govern and are not waived by these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
